An important part of servicing a client involves the annual review of all insurance policies as well as the correspondence accrued. This is not carried out by the respective account manager, but by a separate in-house department, whose main task is the annual audit of the managed mandates. This four-eye principle allows any errors that occur to be eliminated quickly and comprehensively. A checklist is then drawn up and discussed on site with the responsible contact person.
